I have been with Vridhi since its inception. I remember the day I got a call from Mr. Ram Naresh, founder of Vridhi to join the company. I joined Vridhi, a business established by seasoned professionals in the field, without giving it a second consideration. I had made up my mind to join the crew on the progressing voyage. Being the company's first employee makes me proud. It's been a thrilling journey for me. Being a part of the founding team, accepting the obstacles, and blazing a route for success has been an exhilarating adventure. If I were to sum up Vridhi in a sentence or two, I would say that approachable leadership and a friendly work environment represent Vridhi's values and beliefs. We have developed rapidly over just three months. We now have nine branch offices spread across Karnataka, and we have grown from a small team of a few to over 50 individuals. My desire to give back to and help the community has been greatly facilitated by Vridhi. It is an honor to have been given the chance to work with a company that aims to empower India's underserved and unserved population by giving them financial support and realizing their dream of home ownership. Vridhi’s future success excites me!

I joined VFL in September 2022 just 2months later of completing my chartered accountancy. It was very scary to start my career in a company that even don’t have started its journey, having only one side (Expenses) of profit & loss account, Not having a license to run its intended business, Unknown People, New place. But it was only my beliefs that triggered me to start my corporate journey in Vridhi, the three-decade experienced founders in the industry. And that belief worked out. Now the company has a huge corporate office, more than 10 branches, and a team of more than 70 employees which is increasing rapidly. The company has got its HFC license from RBI to start its operations. It is my privilege to be the first external employee of the company other than the founding team. Happy to Learn more and more in a friendly working environment having C-RIGHT value system and approachable top-level management. I fell joining Vridhi is one of the most impactful moments in my life and motivational speech given by our higher official's in shaping our feature roadmap is an awesome thing that I have never see it before. Providing an opportunity for fresher, where it creates a health opportunity for emerging generation.
