Job Title: Treasury Officer
Designation: Treasury Officer

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in daily treasury operations, including fund allocation and bank coordination.
- Support cash flow monitoring, short-term liquidity planning, and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate records of treasury transactions and prepare daily MIS reports.
- Help the team with interest rate tracking, documentation, and internal compliance activities.
- Learn and support various treasury-related audits and internal review processes.
Key Skills
- Fresh graduates (B.com, BBA, M.com, MBA Finance) with a strong interest in finance or treasury functions.
- Good numerical ability and basic understanding of financial concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work in a structured environment.
Job Title: Manager – Telesales
Designation: Manager - Telesales
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree
Experience: 6 - 9 Years
Location: Head Office
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the telecalling team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Monitor call quality, guide team members on improvement areas, and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Coordinate closely with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-through.
- Track performance metrics, maintain MIS, and present regular updates to senior management.
- Implement calling campaigns, reactivation drives, and customer outreach initiatives.
Key Skills
- 6 to 9 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in housing finance, NBFC, or BFSI sector.
- Strong leadership ability with experience managing a telecalling team.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and coaching skills.
- Proven track record in meeting conversion goals and handling large call volumes.
- Ability to work with Lead Management Tools and maintain accurate reporting.
Job Title: Internal Audit – Head
Designation: Interal Audit - Head
Minimum Qualification: Graduation
Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Bangalore
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute internal audits across departments to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
- Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
- Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and the Audit Committee.
- Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes relevant to the housing finance industry.
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and audit methodologies.
- Familiarity with RBI/HFC regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage legal actions for loan recovery under SARFAESI, NI Act, Arbitration, and other applicable laws.
- Represent the company in courts/tribunals and coordinate with empaneled advocates across regions.
- Prepare legal notices, replies, and recovery-related documents with high accuracy.
- Evaluate high-risk accounts and recommend appropriate legal strategies for recovery.
- Maintain legal case MIS, track case progress, and report region-wise legal performance.
Key Skills
- Strong command over SARFAESI, NI Act, Arbitration, Civil & Criminal procedures.
- Effective communication skills for clear articulation of legal strategies to non-legal stakeholders.
- Sound judgment to prioritize cases and allocate resources efficiently.
- High level of organizational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines concurrently.
- Proactive problem-solving aptitude to anticipate legal challenges and recommend solution.
Job Title: Regional Collection Manager
Designation: Regional Collection Manager
Minimum Qualification: Graduation

Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end collections for mortgage/home loans.
- Handle SARFAESI actions and legal recovery processes.
- Prepare and analyze collection MIS reports.
- Identify delinquency trends and drive recovery strategies.
- Coordinate with field teams, legal advisors, and management.
Key Skills
- Expertise in SARFAESI execution, legal notices, and asset possession.
- Understanding of home loan structures, risks, and customer profiles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and collection MIS tools.
