Vridhi Finserv Home Finance Limited is a “Tech-enabled Brick and Mortar” housing finance company and was incorporated as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 2013 on 5th January 2022 headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka. Vridhi has been founded by seasoned promoters and a founding team in the Banking and Financial services domain with 75+ years of combined mortgage experience.

WHO WE ARE
Ram Naresh Sunku is a Harvard Business School Alumni with over 27 years of proven leadership experience in the banking, financial services, and FMCG sector with leading global and domestic companies such as Aavas Financiers Ltd, Nestle India Limited, ICICI Bank Ltd, GE Money, and Bajaj Finance Ltd.
As the Chief Business officer for Aavas Financiers Limited, Ram was responsible for building and implementing the business strategy for Aavas. Ram managed a team of over 3,500 employees and was also responsible for managing the Learning and Development at Aavas. He grew the business from Rs. 750 Cr AUM with 7,500 customers in 2015 to Rs 11,000+ Cr AUM and 1.35 Lakhs customers in 2022.
Prior to Aavas, Ram built a highly profitable Home Equity and Home Loan business at Bajaj Finance Ltd from the ground, successfully scaling it to a size of Rs, 11,000 Cr AUM.
Ram is also an MBA from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Andhra Pradesh.
Sandeep is a qualified Chartered Accountant & alumnus of IIM K and has over 22 years of experience in the financial services space, across both Consumer & SME lending. Sandeep has led the Risk Management office for large financial institutions such as Kotak Mahindra Bank, Dhani Financial Services, and Bajaj Finserv in various roles during his stints.
Prior to joining the Company, Sandeep was Head of Risk and Policy at Kotak Mahindra Bank. In his last role with Kotak Mahindra Bank where he led the Risk function for the bank, helped to grow the Consumer finance business to a significant level including setting up various programs/pilot and dynamic monitoring systems.
Prior to Kotak, as a Chief Risk Officer at Dhani Financial Services Ltd, Sandeep led the Risk & Analytics function covering Risk policy, Portfolio Management, and Risk & Fraud Analytics.
Prior to that, Sandeep worked with Bajaj Finserv for 9 years where had been instrumental in building a secured business for the first 4 years and later 5 years in consumer finance businesses supporting taking the flagship product CD finance, Personal loan cross-sell the business to next level along with other retail products.
Before Bajaj, he worked with GE Money for more than 5 years in the Mortgage credit /risk function.
Sandeep is a fitness enthusiast and loves outdoor sports /activities, he loves listening to music, traveling across the mountains, and spending time with his family.

Sridevi is a graduate with extensive experience in the education sector and is currently involved with an NGO supporting underprivileged kids.
She is the spouse of Ram Naresh Sunku. She has a diploma in “Montessori Teaching”. She has been involved in philanthropic activities for the last 11 years.

MM Muralidharan is a seasoned finance professional with a career trajectory spanning over three decades, marked by acute financial acumen, innovative treasury management, and unparalleled leadership. A Chartered Accountant by qualification and an alumnus of Calicut University, Muralidharan embarked on his career in the intricate realm of accounting, eventually establishing himself as a luminary in finance management.
At the forefront of Bajaj Finance Limited’s treasury for an impressive 15 years, he was pivotal in elevating the treasury from a nascent Rs. 40 Cr in 1996 to a staggering consolidated borrowing of Rs. 2.30 lakh Cr and a consolidated AUM of Rs.2.70 lakh Cr by 2023. Beyond the numbers, Muralidharan’s prowess is evident in his adept navigation of some of the most recent challenging financial crises, showcasing his resilience, foresight, and strategic finesse.
In his prior roles as Deputy General Manager at Bajaj Auto Finance and Deputy Chief Accountant at Indian Seamless Steels and Alloys, he demonstrated a harmonious blend of operational command and visionary strategy. His tenure in the costing department of ACC Babcock Limited further enriches his multifaceted finance profile.
A multiple-time recipient of the SMT Excelsior Award and honoured with the ICAI’s Leaders and Business Excellency Award for CA Achiever in the Finance Sector in 2019, Muralidharan’s accolades are a testament to his unwavering dedication and pursuit of excellence.
T Y Prabhu has extensive experience in Banking and Institutional Finance. He joined Canara Bank as a clerk in 1970 and rose to General Manager through sheer merit and hard work. As a General Manager of the Bank, he was responsible for Treasury and International Operations and later took charge of its Zonal Office in New Delhi. During his long banking career, spanning more than 40 years, he worked across India and in the Hong Kong office of the Bank, implementing several innovative ideas.
As the Executive Director of Union Bank of India, Mumbai, he introduced numerous reforms. In 2009, he was appointed Chairman and Managing Director of the Oriental Bank of Commerce, New Delhi. He is widely recognized for his erudition and expertise in Banking and Institutional Finance.
In November 2012, he was appointed the Part-time Chairman of Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd. A compelling speaker, he is a specialist in Banking Sector Reforms. Mr. Prabhu holds degrees in both Commerce and Law. He is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers and has undergone extensive training at prestigious institutions in India and abroad.
He is a visiting faculty member at the Southern India Bankers Training College in Bangalore and is an independent non-executive director for several companies.

Sunil is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in Finance, Treasury, Compliance, Taxation, and Banking services. Sunil served as Chief Finance Officer for Iron Pillar Group, a venture capital company, and also as Interim CFO on deputation to Bluestone Jewellery & Lifestyle Private Ltd. In his capacity as CFO, Sunil has led the Company’s statutory reporting, financial controls, processes, operational governance, and also all external audit-related engagements. Sunil has also served as a Director of Team Advisors Private Limited providing advisory and consultancy services to SME clients in various areas of banking, treasury, finance, taxation, and audit.
Prior to this, Sunil worked for over 15 years in the Banking Industry where he held various senior positions covering Credit and Risk business units in his career with Yes Bank Ltd and ICICI Bank Ltd. In his career with YES Bank Ltd, between 2013-2017, Sunil led the Risk and Underwriting team and was responsible for the Growth of the Bank’s portfolio as well as managing regulatory compliance. Sunil has over a decade of experience in the Mortgages and SME space as part of his stint in ICICI Bank Ltd where he held various capacities from 2003 to 2013.

Before joining us, he worked as DGM with CANFIN HOMES LTD.
Graduate in Science having 26 years of experience as an entrepreneur in retail and 7 years of experience in Mortgages (Affordable Lap) as State Head in Fincare SFB. Had also worked in various NGOs like Rotary Club and YOURS FOUNDATION in Dharmavaram in various positions. An avid sports lover who played cricket at the Club level and was part of School and College Cricket Teams.
Abhishak Saxena carries 19+ years of techno-functional experience in Software/product development, implementation, delivery, and Program Management. He has successfully implemented core lending solutions for multiple Indian NBFCs & HFCs. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from UP Technical University. Before joining Vridhi, Abhishak was associated with organizations such as Vistaar Financial Services, Qualtech Consultant, and HCL.
A qualified chartered accountant with merit holder in PCC exams and commerce graduate with 8+ years of vast experience in the field of credit, risk, policy, and products, especially in the affordable housing sector. Prior to joining Vridhi, he was associated with Ummeed housing finance, Aavas financiers, and ICICI Bank Limited.
