Job Title: Audit Officer

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct branch and internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Review loan files, credit documentation, disbursement processes, and customer records to identify discrepancies and compliance gaps.
- Verify adherence to RBI/NHB guidelines, internal controls, and risk management policies across branch operations.
- Prepare audit reports, highlight observations, recommend corrective actions, and follow up with concerned departments for timely closure.
- Coordinate with branch teams and relevant departments to conduct audit reviews, identify operational risks, and strengthen internal control processes.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of internal auditing, branch operations, risk assessment, and compliance procedures within HFCs/NBFCs.
- Good understanding of Home Loans, LAP, credit appraisal, loan documentation, and disbursement processes.
- Familiarity with RBI/NHB regulations, internal control frameworks, and financial auditing practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills to identify discrepancies and operational risks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, audit reporting, documentation review, and effective communication with internal stakeholders.
Job Title: Creative Designer
Designation: Creative Designer

Job Responsibilities
- Design creative marketing materials, including social media posts, brochures, banners, standees, flyers, and other promotional collaterals.
- Develop visually engaging creatives for digital marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Coordinate with marketing and branch teams to understand design requirements and deliver creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
- Support branch branding activities by designing signage, promotional displays, event materials, and other branding assets.
- Manage multiple design projects, ensure timely delivery of creatives, and maintain consistency in brand identity across all marketing platforms.
Key Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, and other graphic design tools.
- Good understanding of graphic design principles, typography, colour combinations, layouts, and visual branding.
- Creative thinking and visual storytelling skills to develop engaging designs for digital and print marketing.
- Basic knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and social media creative formats will be an added advantage.

- Assist in planning and executing branch-level marketing activities, branding initiatives, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily treasury operations, including cash flow planning, liquidity management, and fund utilization to ensure smooth business operations.
- Monitor funding requirements and coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and lenders for timely fund mobilization.
- Oversee borrowings, debt servicing, interest payments, and repayment schedules to ensure effective treasury management.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts, monitor asset-liability management (ALM), and ensure compliance with RBI/NHB regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain treasury reports, track borrowing costs, support financial audits, and identify opportunities to optimize funding costs.
Key Skills

Job Title: Payroll Manager
Designation: Payroll Manager
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree
Experience: 4 - 6 Years

Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing in compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Handle payroll computations, including attendance, leave, incentives, bonuses, deductions, and full & final settlements.
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and applicable labour laws.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to maintain accurate payroll records and address employee payroll-related queries.
- Prepare and validate payroll reports, perform reconciliations, coordinate payroll audits, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing, salary structures, CTC calculations, and payroll administration.
- Good understanding of statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, and applicable labour regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, payroll software, and payroll reporting with strong analytical skills.
